National Work Zone Awareness Week (2007)

'Signs of Change' Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW) 2007

The National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW) will be observed, April 2-6, 2007. The Eighth Annual National Media Event will be observed on: April 3, at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge project site. The event will be hosted by the Virginia State Department of Transportation at Location One on the map at: http://www.atssa.com/galleries/default-file/Site_Map_NWZAW_2007.pdf (directions to the site are also included).

The theme for this year's NWZAW is “Signs of Change”. Today's work zone points to tomorrow's improved roadways for smoother rides, better traffic flow and safer travel in your future, so always be alert of the signs indicating change. Let’s keep moving into a better future, and be safe.
