Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) Centers and Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP) Centers
In each state, a Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) Center and/or a Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP) Center exists to provide technical information and training for local governments and agencies that own and maintain public roads. These centers are funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and provide resources to any local government / agency and all tribal governments.
