Description of Photo
Photo. The photo is of a new intersection which is closed off to vehicles. The photo shows an intersection with a bike lane and a right-turn channel. The roadway construction is not yet complete and the road is not open to vehicular or pedestrian traffic. There is a signal mast arm extending all the way across the leg of the intersection in the picture.
