Figure 6.5 is a screenshot from the Del Norte Local Transportation Commission in California, showing two of the goals and objectives outlined in the California Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP) and customized versions of those to meet the needs of the Del Norte region. The purpose of the figure is to convey that planners do not need to recreate the wheel but can review and customize goals and objectives outlined in the other plans.
