Safety Compass Newsletter
The Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Safety Compass newsletter aims to increase highway safety awareness and to provide resources to the highway safety community to help save lives. The newsletter is published three times a year, and includes articles on safety-focused offerings from FHWA, other DOT modes; our State, Local, and Tribal partners; and other stakeholder groups.

Pedestrian and Bike Forum Newsletter
The Pedestrian and Bike Forum newsletter provides information to FHWA stakeholders on reducing the number of pedestrian- and bicycle-related highway fatalities and serious injuries. Topics include updates on FHWA programs, spotlights on State and local noteworthy practices, initiatives with partner organizations, and upcoming events. It is published three times a year.

Road Safety Audit (RSA) Newsletter
The Road Safety Audit newsletter was published three times a year from 2008-2014. It provided information on State RSA programs, resources for performing RSAs, and a compilation of RSA-related news stories. The newsletter archive is available at the link above.

Transportation Safety Planning Newsletter
The Transportation Safety Planning Newsletter was published approximately once a year 2012 to 2014. It provided information on how transportation agencies integrate safety and planning, and featured publications, tools, research, and training. The newsletter archive is available at the link above.

Road Diet Newsletter
The Road Diet Newsletter shares updates from the FHWA Road Diet program, insights from Road Diet practitioners, details on Road Diet projects across the country, and media coverage. This newsletter is published quarterly.
