186. Unique Ramp Identifier

Definition: An identifier for each ramp that is part of a given interchange. This defines which ramp the following elements are describing.

Attributes: Alphanumeric (e.g., each set of interchange ramps could begin with "1" or "A", each ramp could be indentified by it's route and exit number, etc.).

Priority: Critical
