Figure 5.12 is a graphic of a simplified collision diagram. The diagram shows a schematic plan view of an intersection and the location and number of crashes by type at the intersection. The crashes are represented by arrows showing the type of crash (rear end crash, right angle crash, and left turn crash) in the general location of the crash at the intersection.
