Figure 5.4 is a mixed bar chart and line graph showing three different types of information. There are two pie charts: the first pie chart shows the percentage of male versus females involved in all crashes; the second pie chart shows the percentage of male versus females involved in severe injury crashes. The third chart is a combined bar chart and line graph showing the distribution of all crashes and severe injury crashes by age group. For example, 25 to 34 year olds are involved in 20 percent of all crashes and 19 percent of all severe injury crashes. The charts are based on hypothetical data.
